Ecolink is confident that our products simply work. If you have an issue with any of our products, we encourage you call our technical support team at 1-855-632-6546 or email to email@example.com for assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return the product to the retail supplier where you purchased it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, as shown on your receipt or invoice (“Return Period”). Please contact the retail supplier for details on their return procedure.
For returns after the Return Period, you may obtain a replacement within one (1) year of the date of purchase for any defective product by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a copy of the receipt. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Ecolink, if Ecolink determines that the product must be returned. When Ecolink determines that a product must be returned, the product must show no signs of abnormal wear and tear, damages, or misuse in order to be eligible for replacement.
